First off all, please download volumes below, after downloading you need archive utility to make an ISO image. For Windows it is RaRLab for UnRar X Mac OS X.

When you have ISO you can start installation, on Mac OS X it runs automaticly on windows you need Virtual CD tools, for example Daemond Tools, Alcohol 120%, or you can burn ISO image on DVD, and run game from the DVD ROM.

Crack for The Sims 3 on Mac OC X instructions:

Right mouseclick on The Sims 3.
> Show package contents.
> Open contents folder.
> Replace Info.plist with the one I supplied.

Then:
> Open Resources.
> Open transgaming.
> Open c_drive.
> Open Program Files.
> Open Electronic Arts.
> Open The Sims 3.
> Open Game.
> Open Bin.
> Replace TS3.exe with the one I supplied
